Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect through zobovpartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers website visitors and prospective clients. Information handled inside a signed client engagement is additionally governed by that engagement's confidentiality terms.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, email us, telephone us, or book a consultation, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, company name, and the details of your inquiry. The contact form has an optional company field; the other fields are required so that we can respond.
Information collected automatically. This is a static website served through a content delivery network. The hosting infrastructure records standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps — for security and performance purposes and retains it for a limited period. We also use a privacy-focused web analytics service that measures aggregate site usage (pages viewed, how visitors arrive, approximate country or region, device type) without setting cookies and without building profiles of individual visitors.
Fonts. Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from that service, which discloses your IP address and browser details to it in the same way as any web request.
2. The contact form
Our contact form is processed by a third-party form service that receives the information you submit, stores it on our behalf, and forwards it to us by email. The form includes a hidden field used to detect automated spam submissions; it collects nothing from genuine visitors. By submitting the form you agree to that processing. The form service acts as our processor and may store submissions on servers in the United States.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, deliver and improve our services, send communications you have requested, and meet legal and professional obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
4. Email communications
If you contact us, we may reply and follow up by email about your inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. Any newsletter or announcement email we may send will include a way to unsubscribe, and you may opt out of follow-up at any time by replying or by emailing the address below.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics service is cookieless. The site may store a small preference in your browser's local storage — for example, whether you last viewed the Insights page as a grid or a list — which never leaves your device and is not sent to us. The content delivery network that serves the site may set technical cookies required for security and performance.
6. When we share information
We share information only: with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to inquiries (website hosting and delivery, the form service, email, scheduling, and aggregate analytics), each bound to use it solely for those purposes; when you direct or authorize us to; and when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. Information you share with us inside a signed engagement is additionally protected by the confidentiality terms of that engagement.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Client engagement records are retained in accordance with professional and legal record-keeping requirements and then securely disposed of.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of communications. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deletion requests are honored except where retention is required by law or professional obligation.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, use the contact details below.
Visitors outside the United States. Our services are directed at businesses in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and we will handle it in accordance with this policy.
9. Security
We protect information using encryption in transit (HTTPS across the entire site), access controls, and reputable, security-conscious platforms. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously and review our practices regularly.
10. Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the site is not designed for them.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be indicated prominently here.
